Address Change

Need to change your address on file? Please be advised that the Benefit Office requires any change of address notification to be made in writing.  The Benefit Office will forward this change to other organizations affiliated such as Wilson McShane, Local #10, and John Hancock.

What are my options? You have one of the following

Mail, fax or email a written notice including your name, social security number, address, phone number and effective date to the Benefit Office.
