SHEET METAL #10 BENEFIT FUND

Effective 1/1/2024 the Sheet Metal #10 Benefit Fund transitioned to UMR, utilizing the UnitedHealthcare Choice plus network for provider selection as a replacement to using BlueCross BlueShield.

New Identification Cards with UMR/UnitedHealthcare as the new PPO have been sent to all participants and must be presented for any doctor, hospital, retail clinic, pharmacy visit etc.

Teladoc Health is the Fund’s anytime, anywhere telehealth provider effective 1/1/2024.  Teladoc is a convenient and affordable care option for non-urgent and common conditions.  Get same-day appointments from wherever you are from a certified clinician who can diagnose, treat, and even prescribe medicine if needed.  Teladoc also provides Mental health services with a therapist or psychiatrist and dermatology services for skin issues.  See the link below for further information.
