Beginning with the 2019 tax year and thereafter, federal law reduced the individual shared responsibility payment (tax penalty) to $0 if there were months in which you failed to maintain health insurance coverage. In other words, you do not need Form 1095-B to complete and file your personal income tax return and will no longer automatically receive Form 1095-B from the Fund

SHEET METAL #10 BENEFIT FUND
Effective 1/1/2024 the Sheet Metal #10 Benefit Fund transitioned to UMR, utilizing the UnitedHealthcare Choice plus network for provider selection as a replacement to using BlueCross BlueShield.
New Identification Cards with UMR/UnitedHealthcare as the new PPO have been sent to all participants and must be presented for any doctor, hospital, retail clinic, pharmacy visit etc.

Get same-day appointments from wherever you are from a certified clinician who can diagnose, treat, and even prescribe medicine if needed. Teladoc also provides Mental health services with a therapist or psychiatrist and dermatology services for skin issues. See the link below for further information.
